We are seeking a strategic and commercially focused Group Product Manager to lead the GLP-1 portfolio in Pakistan, covering both Type 2 Diabetes and Obesity segments. This role involves ownership of brand strategy, planning, market development, and commercial performance. The successful candidate will engage closely with key healthcare professionals including Endocrinologists, Diabetologists, Internists, Gynecologists, and Cardiologists. Additionally, the role requires leadership in enhancing field force effectiveness, medical education, and patient support programs, while ensuring strict adherence to company codes and industry standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape and grow the GLP-1 category in Pakistan through strong brand leadership and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual and three-year brand plans for the GLP-1 portfolio, incorporating market analysis, segmentation, positioning, and sales forecasting.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns, scientific engagement initiatives, key opinion leader (KOL) development, and customer engagement programs.
- Drive market development efforts, digital engagement strategies, and optimize field-force effectiveness, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and ethical promotional standards.
- Manage patient support and adherence programs focusing on treatment initiation, dose titration, access, and affordability.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Pharmacovigilance teams to maintain cold-chain availability and product integrity.
- Monitor and drive sales performance, market share growth, marketing return on investment (ROI), and budget adherence; implement corrective actions to meet portfolio growth targets within assigned sales-to-promotion ratios.

Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D) degree.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) is considered an advantage.
