Job Description


Provide support for all types of organizational and business task and the staff members. General duties can include general office tasks, such as drafting documents and answering telephones, as well as administrative jobs, including scheduling and project management. As the job holder you may be required to deal with clients and expected to represent the organization positively

Specific Tasks

  • Operate rizq helpline
  • Be a liaison between external audience and the core team
  • Managing and routing offive communication, letters and documents
  • Preserving office records
  • Updating office manual and broucers
  • Look after all operations at the Rizq food bank in the morning
  • All office related chores
  • Brand ambassador
  • HR relatrd chores
  • Maintain all databases of conacts and donors
  • Drafting documemts
  • Preparing reports
  • Maintaing day to day task
  • Data entry of food bank data
  • Handling guests and clients
