Job requirements:
- High school graduate or above, preferably with telephonic work experience.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, problem identification, and information processing.
- Basic knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of Chinese is a plus
- Could use computer
- Have a positive working attitude and work under pressure.
