Call Centre Agent

Growmore is seeking a dedicated Call Centre Agent to join our customer support team. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, providing prompt and accurate information, and resolving customer inquiries effectively. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with up to one year of experience seeking to develop their career in customer service. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be expected to listen carefully to customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions. You will work closely with other team members but will not have management responsibilities.
