Growth Associate

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Growth Associate to join our team at our Gulberg III, Lahore office. This is an onsite position ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who have a keen interest in mobile applications, digital marketing, market research, and the gaming industry. The role involves supporting growth efforts across multiple areas such as market research, competitor analysis, app store optimization, user acquisition, and growth marketing. The successful candidate will contribute to improving game visibility, attracting new users, and driving overall growth by applying curiosity, creativity, and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, audience preferences, and emerging opportunities within the mobile gaming sector.
- Analyze competitor games by evaluating their features, marketing strategies, positioning, performance, and growth tactics.
- Identify ways to enhance game visibility and discoverability on mobile app marketplaces through keyword research, search trends, and metadata optimization.
- Support the planning and execution of user acquisition strategies across various digital channels to attract and retain new users.
- Monitor audience behavior, market trends, and campaign performance to uncover areas for improvement and optimization.
- Track competitor marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and user acquisition efforts to inform strategic decisions.
- Research potential target audiences, advertising platforms, and market segments to maximize promotional impact.
- Assist in growth marketing initiatives by conducting campaign research, experimentation, and performance tracking.
- Prepare competitor benchmarking reports with actionable insights and recommendations for growth.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media Sciences, Economics, or a related discipline.
