Growth Marketing Executive

Powerhouse Express is seeking a Growth Marketing Executive who can blend creativity with data-driven business results. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the entire growth journey, from content creation and campaign development to paid media, lead generation, conversion, analytics, and overall growth. This role involves managing digital campaigns, performance marketing, social media, customer acquisition, and marketing analytics to drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute growth-oriented marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Support and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads initiatives to maximize ROI.
- Generate and nurture qualified leads through targeted strategies.
- Coordinate campaign content and manage social media channels to enhance brand presence.
- Monitor acquisition and conversion metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign performance data and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate closely with sales, e-commerce, creative teams, and external partners to ensure campaign alignment and success.
- Prepare clear and concise performance reports along with actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of key marketing metrics beyond reach and impressions, including Leads, Cost Per Lead (CPL), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Conversion Rates, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Revenue.
- Proven ability to manage digital campaigns across multiple platforms with a focus on lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
