Growth Marketing Trainee

MV Worldwide is seeking a motivated and ambitious Growth Marketing Trainee to join their team in Karachi. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B growth marketing, working closely with international clients. The position is based on-site in Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi, and requires working the USA night shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM. The role combines lead generation, outreach, sales, client communication, and business development, along with contributing to the company’s social media efforts. Compensation includes a fixed monthly salary plus performance-based incentives and sales commissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct B2B lead generation and prospect research to identify potential clients.
- Perform outreach activities through LinkedIn and email to engage international prospects.
- Communicate confidently with international clients and participate in client calls.
- Pitch MV Worldwide’s services effectively during client interactions.
- Manage follow-ups and support business development initiatives.
- Assist in end-to-end B2B sales processes to drive revenue growth.
- Create one educational or social media content piece weekly to enhance brand presence.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or current university students in their 3rd or 4th year.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Confidence and comfort in communicating with international clients.
- Energetic, ambitious, and eager to learn new skills.
- Comfortable appearing on camera for video calls and content creation.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and B2B growth strategies.
- Ability to work the designated night shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM and commute daily to Gulistan-e-Johar.
