Growth Operations & Client Success Associate

Kazverse Technologies is seeking a highly organized and communicative Growth Operations & Client Success Associate to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 70,000 to 100,000 per month, based on experience and fit. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between clients and internal teams, translating client goals and requests into clear, actionable tasks for developers, designers, marketers, and other specialists. This position is neither a traditional customer support role nor a pure project management job; it requires someone who can deeply understand client objectives, ask insightful questions, and ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in client meetings and take detailed, structured notes on objectives, challenges, requirements, and next steps.
- Interpret client requests that may be non-technical or unstructured, and convert these into clear briefs, action items, and internal instructions.
- Draft initial versions of campaign briefs, social media plans, creative briefs, website requirements, and marketing recommendations.
- Analyze basic performance data from platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Shopify, and other marketing tools.
- Conduct research on competitors, marketing strategies, content ideas, offers, funnels, and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, marketers, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Follow up on pending tasks to ensure no client requests are overlooked.
- Assist in preparing client updates, meeting summaries, reports, and strategic recommendations.
- Maintain project information and task tracking using tools like ClickUp and Slack.
- Review completed work against original client requirements before delivery.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses to proactively suggest improved solutions rather than just executing instructions.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong comprehension and ability to organize incomplete or unstructured information clearly.
- Good judgment and problem-solving capabilities.
- Genuine interest in digital marketing, websites, business growth, and strategy.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media, email marketing, websites, SEO, funnels, Shopify, or WordPress.
- Strong research skills and familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities without losing attention to detail.
- Comfortable engaging with international clients.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to seek solutions independently rather than waiting for detailed instructions.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Ideally, 1 to 1.5 years of experience in a digital agency, client success, account management, digital marketing, project coordination, or a related role. Candidates with less experience but exceptional English, reasoning skills, and digital marketing knowledge will also be considered.
- Previous roles such as Account Executive, Client Success Executive, Digital Marketing Executive, Junior Account Manager, Marketing Coordinator, Growth Marketing Executive, or Junior Brand Strategist are relevant.
