Growth Product Associate

ImagineArt, a rapidly growing generative AI company based in Islamabad, is seeking a Growth Product Associate to join their Product & Growth team on-site. Key Responsibilities

- Identify growth opportunities: Analyze user behavior, customer feedback, social trends, and competitor activity to uncover opportunities across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention stages.

- Run growth experiments: Develop clear hypotheses, define success metrics, launch tests, and provide recommendations on scaling, improving, or discontinuing initiatives.

- Support organic acquisition: Experiment with content formats, messaging, creator collaborations, and distribution strategies across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.

- Improve the user journey: Detect friction points in landing pages, signup flows, onboarding, and feature discovery, then collaborate with teams to enhance conversion rates and help users achieve their first successful creation.

- Translate insights into product work: Write detailed briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for growth initiatives.

- Work across teams: Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Creative teams to move experiments from concept to launch.

- Measure what matters: Maintain experiment trackers and dashboards, monitor acquisition and product metrics, and communicate findings with actionable next steps.

- Build repeatable growth loops: Connect content, creators, sharing, referrals, and product experiences to create sustainable growth sources.

- Use AI and automation: Leverage tools to accelerate research, analysis, reporting, and experimentation.

- Document learning: Record experiment outcomes to enable continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

- 0–2 years of relevant experience in product management, growth, analytics, marketing, or related fields. Strong internships, university projects, or independently built products are also valued.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

- Basic understanding of product funnels, including user acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention.

- Familiarity with major social media platforms and curiosity about how content drives user engagement.

- Proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis to support decision-making.

- Ability to deconstruct ambiguous problems into actionable steps and follow through.

- Strong written communication skills to clearly articulate ideas, requirements, and findings.

- Willingness to ship products, gather feedback, and iterate.

- Interest in generative AI, consumer technology, and creative tools.

- Availability to work full-time on-site at NSTP, Islamabad.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or PostHog.

- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, scripting, or automation tools.

- Familiarity with A/B testing, event tracking, and cohort analysis.

- Experience growing social channels, newsletters, communities, or digital products.

- Exposure to AI, SaaS, or consumer technology products.

- Experience with creator partnerships, referral programs, or community-led growth.

- A portfolio showcasing experiments or projects with measurable outcomes and learnings.
