• Reviews and compiles to propose training and interventions while ensuring that all training and development programs are focused on the needs of the employees and department/company.
  • Prepares payroll/ payroll analysis on a quarterly basis for management review.
  • Proposes a training budget that caters for both internal and external training.
  • Compiles manpower budgeting and planning for the year for management review.
  • Prepares and maintains reports related to specific tasks assigned by the management.
  • Participates in the performance management cycle by assisting appraisers, appraises and reviewers for smooth execution of appraisals according to the set guidelines.
  • Monitors overall operational activities of HR department for timely reporting to the department head and other concerned stakeholders.
  • Ensure uniformity of HR systems and processes across all regions.
  • Based in Lahore.
