We are an “IT Firm” mainly working in the E-commerce Industry with clients worldwide but predominately in the USA.
You Should Apply
1) If you can easily communicate in English (Oral/Verbal).
2) If you are an enthusiastic, energetic self-starter with proven problem-solving and support skills.
3) If you are a tech-savvy person (proficient in computer and modern technology).
4) If you can work the night shift (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM)
5) If you can come to the office in RWP/ISB (Bahria Town phase 7).
Who Should Not Apply
- If you don’t want to work in the eCommerce industry
- If you can’t work during the night shift from our office in Bahria
- If you are looking for a time pass, part-time or short-term gig
- If you can’t work around technical issues in operating a PC or Laptop (windows, software, basic data entry, record keeping, internet usage, etc)
- If you can’t communicate clearly in English.
- If you are always having issues or things that hinder your ability to work under pressure and deliver on deadlines.
Job Responsibilities
You may be required to do some or all of the following tasks.
- Inventory management on Amazon (Channel Max, Microsoft Office, and some other software expertise)
- Item research using Tactical Arbitrage (Researching, managing data, finding useful products as per the criteria)
- Customer Service (Messages, returns, claims/disputes/cases)
- Calling the warehouse or Amazon for different inquiries related to fulfillment.
This is an office-based job. Please don't apply if you can't come to our office daily or work the night shift. We provide complete training to bring the right candidate up to the mark.
Fresh candidates/graduates are also encouraged to apply if they are quick learners, possess the basic skills (English communication, aptitude, go-getters), and are willing to go above and beyond to keep customers and the company happy.
