GrowthRise Solutions is hiring a Finance Assistant for one of our clients in the finance sector, managing financial operations for 250+ corporate clients. We need someone who is smart, organized, proactive, and confident in handling finance related tasks with accuracy.
This is an on-site role, ideal for someone with strong client communication skills and experience in financial administration.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with clients on unpaid invoices
Process payroll for staff and contractors
Calculate commissions for sales and consultants
Organize and maintain financial records neatly and systematically
Provide clear reports on client payment statuses (paid/unpaid)
Support the finance team with day to day administrative and financial tasks
Requirements
Experience as a Finance Assistant, VA, or similar role
Must have working experience with Stripe, Slack & Asana
Strong communication and follow up ability
Detail oriented, deadline driven, and organized
Based in (or willing to relocate to) Islamabad
Must have your own laptop
