Reservation Consultant

GS Travellers is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Reservation Consultant to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing travel reservations using various reservation systems and global distribution systems. Your ability to communicate clearly, multitask efficiently, and maintain high attention to detail will directly contribute to providing exceptional customer experiences and ensuring smooth booking operations. As a Reservation Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, offering tailored solutions and timely responses. Responsibilities

Handle and process travel reservations accurately using reservation systems such as Sabre GDS and other Global Distribution Systems.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their travel requirements and provide suitable reservation options.
Maintain attention to detail to verify booking information and prevent errors in reservations.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring quality and efficiency in service delivery.
Collaborate with colleagues to solve booking-related issues and improve overall reservation processes.
Stay updated on the latest reservation system updates and travel industry trends to enhance service quality.
Demonstrate patience and professionalism when addressing customer inquiries or resolving conflicts.
Document reservation details and customer interactions thoroughly for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
Contribute as a cooperative team member to achieve departmental goals and meet client satisfaction standards.
Assist in training or mentoring new team members when necessary, fostering a supportive work environment.
