GTM Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize go-to-market (GTM) systems across sales, marketing, and customer operations for B2B clients.
- Conduct comprehensive audits of existing workflows and technology stacks to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and revenue leakages.
- Configure and deploy automation and AI-driven processes to enhance lead flow, qualification, follow-up, and overall revenue outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with founders and GTM teams to translate business goals into scalable processes, dashboards, and operational playbooks.
- Work within clients’ current technology environments, including CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and collaboration software.
- Map, document, and continuously refine workflows based on performance data and stakeholder feedback.
- Build, test, and integrate AI agents and data sources to support intelligent routing, lead scoring, and other AI applications.
- Provide clear documentation, training, and ongoing support to client teams to ensure smooth adoption and sustained system reliability.
- Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize client value.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with GTM systems and processes, including CRM configuration, marketing automation, sales operations, and pipeline management.
- Hands-on expertise with automation tools, workflow platforms, APIs, and data connectors, with the ability to adapt within existing client tool stacks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to conduct workflow audits, identify inefficiencies, and develop actionable system improvements.
- Solid understanding of AI concepts and practical applications such as AI agents, lead scoring, and intelligent routing, along with a commitment to staying updated on emerging technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of documenting processes, creating playbooks, and collaborating effectively with founders and GTM teams.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment, managing multiple client priorities while delivering projects on time with high attention to detail.
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS or services environments, GTM engineering, revenue operations, or sales/marketing operations is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
