The role involves serving as the primary ambassador at the entrance of the establishment, where you will warmly welcome guests, manage table reservations, and coordinate seating arrangements. Your presence will ensure a professional and inviting first impression for all visitors, contributing to a positive guest experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, inquire about their seating preferences, and escort them to their designated tables.
- Manage waiting lists efficiently, provide accurate wait time estimates, and ensure guest comfort during busy periods.
- Handle incoming phone calls, record table reservations, and communicate any special guest requests promptly to the Floor Manager.
- Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the reception area, entrance foyer, and menu display to uphold high presentation standards.
- Support the floor team during peak times by assisting with water service, seating adjustments, and coordinating orders as needed.

Required Qualifications

- Education: Intermediate level or Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience: 1-2 years in front-desk roles, hostess positions, or guest relations within the hospitality or customer service sectors.
- Personal Traits: Excellent grooming, polite and clear communication, a pleasant demeanor, and the ability to remain composed under pressure.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Quality Management Standards

- Ensure 100% polite greetings for all guests entering and leaving the premises.
- Provide accurate wait-time estimations with no guest drop-offs caused by queue mismanagement.
- Maintain a flawless and inviting entrance area at all times.

Compensation and Work Location

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs45,000. This is an in-person role requiring presence at the work location.
