Guest Relations Officer

A well-established Saudi coffee chain expanding its presence in Pakistan is seeking a professional and customer-oriented Female Guest Relations Officer to join its store team. The ideal candidate will be well-groomed, presentable, and dedicated to delivering an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced café environment. This role requires a friendly and approachable individual who can effectively manage guest interactions and support the service team to maintain high standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements and menu inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with baristas and service staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
- Address customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Manage queues and guest flow efficiently during peak hours to minimize wait times.
- Clearly explain ongoing promotions and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain a clean, inviting, and organized reception and dining area that reflects the brand’s standards.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in guest relations or customer service within cafés, restaurants, or the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu to effectively engage with a diverse customer base.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance with a courteous and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to support store operations.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience working with international or multinational hospitality brands is highly desirable.
- A formal qualification in hospitality or related fields will be considered an advantage.
- The position offers a monthly salary range of Rs. 45,000 to Rs. 50,000.
- The work location is based in Ada Plot, Lahore, and requires in-person attendance.
