Guest Service Representative

J&J Solutions is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team in Lahore. Since most of our clients and guests are located in the United States, the position requires working night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting vacation rental operations by ensuring a seamless and positive experience for guests and property owners.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest and customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Deliver friendly and timely customer support while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Coordinate communication between guests, property owners, cleaners, maintenance teams, and other service providers.
- Assist in the daily operations of vacation rental properties to ensure smooth functioning.
- Investigate guest concerns and take appropriate actions to resolve issues during their stay.
- Follow established procedures to maintain a positive experience for both guests and clients.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary and ensure proper follow-up until resolution.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think quickly and provide practical solutions to problems.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.
- Must be able to work from the Lahore office.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in customer support, hospitality, vacation rentals, property management, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage.
- Experience in Short-Term Rentals (STR) is a plus.
