Need a Python developer who is experienced with Django web framework and JavaScript for frontend purposes. Will be tasked with the development of server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Will also work on integrating the front-end elements into the application and building interfaces; therefore, a deep understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.
GENERAL SKILLS NEEDED
- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
- Integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Experienced in Python, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework such as:
Flask and Django
- Familiarity with ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries
- Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture
- Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as:
Jinja 2 and Mako
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
- Experience with micro services with REST APIs using Python/Django
