EY is looking for a Technical Lead to join its Technology Consulting team, focusing on Guidewire implementation projects for clients worldwide. Key Responsibilities
Lead and actively contribute to Guidewire implementation projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery for global clients. Utilize your expertise in the JUTRO framework and backend Edge framework to develop and enhance Guidewire solutions. Conduct unit testing using tools such as GUnit and JEST to maintain code quality and reliability. Integrate JSON and REST APIs, applying knowledge of architectural styles including REST and RPC. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement frontend and backend components using ReactJs, .NET, and Java technologies. Leverage your insurance domain knowledge to tailor solutions that meet client-specific requirements. Drive technical excellence within the team and mentor junior members to foster continuous improvement and innovation.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with the JUTRO framework is mandatory. Proficiency in backend Edge framework development is essential. Strong experience with frontend technologies, particularly ReactJs, is required. Solid backend development skills in .NET and/or Java are also mandatory. Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as GUnit and JEST is necessary to ensure code quality. A good understanding of API integration and architectural styles, including REST and RPC, is expected. Experience or knowledge in the insurance domain is highly desirable to effectively address client needs.
