A leading fashion/Retail brand is urgently seeking profiles for the position of Customer Services Officers for a Work from home based opportunity based in Karachi.
Responsibilities:
1. Answering phone calls from customers professionally and responding to customer queries/complaints.
2. Analyze customer issue and assist to resolve within required timeframe
3. Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service queries.
4. Processing orders, and applications requested by the customers.
5. Resolving customer complaints and managing database records
6. Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
Requirements:
1. Good computer and Communication skills
2. Ability to work under pressure
3. Incumbent must be graduate and having (6 months – 1 year) of relevant customer services experience will be preferred
