Gulf Jobseekers is seeking a compassionate and skilled Female Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care to patients. The ideal candidate holds a recognized Diploma, B.Sc in Nursing, or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) qualification, possesses valid nursing registration or licenses, and has certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). This role requires at least three years of practical experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating expertise in patient assessment, medical documentation, emergency response, and delivering effective care to patients with diverse health needs. The Female Nurse will work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care, monitor patients conditions, and promptly identify any changes that require intervention. This role does not include managing a team but demands excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain detailed and accurate patient records. Candidates may also be expected to have additional certifications such as Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or specialized training in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Coronary Care Unit (CCU) for advanced patient care scenarios.
Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough patient assessments, including collecting health histories and evaluating vital signs to monitor patient health status.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately in accordance with prescribed plans and medical protocols.
  • Maintain detailed and precise medical documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and any changes in condition.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies by applying Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) techniques.
  • Coordinate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop, implement, and update individualized patient care plans.
  • Provide compassionate and respectful support to patients and their families, addressing concerns and providing education on health management.
  • Assist in specialized nursing duties for patients in ICU, CCU, or other critical care units, following specific protocols and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with nursing regulations, hospital policies, and ethical standards in all aspects of patient care.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and maintain up-to-date certifications relevant to nursing practice.
  • Support infection control practices and patient safety initiatives to promote a safe healthcare environment.
