Quality Assurance Assistant
- To assist the technical team in all Quality Assurance (QA) tasks.
- To ensure effective and efficient communication between the QA department and stakeholders.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Ability to write QA/Test Plan.
- Ability to Write and Execute Test Cases.
- Ability to Perform manual and Automated Testing using tools.
- Ability to perform various type of testing for Functional and Non-Function Requirements.
- Ability to review the business requirements and Functional Specifications.
- To establish and maintain appropriate files and records to assure accuracy
- To facilitate the creation of reports, forms and graphs for the QA department
- To contribute to the coordination of activities to meet the requirements of QA team
- To support the implementation of QA policies
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred
- working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant IT support, Helpdesk or HR & Payroll
- knowledge of relevant
- knowledge and experience of customer service practices
- related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support
