Gym Front Desk / Sales Executive

We are seeking a confident and presentable female Gym Front Desk / Sales Executive to join our team at our facility located in DHA, Karachi. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills. This full-time role requires a professional individual who can effectively engage with gym members and potential clients, providing exceptional customer service while driving membership sales. The position demands a proactive, energetic approach with a focus on achieving targets and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and professionally greet all gym members and visitors.
- Conduct facility tours and walk-throughs for potential and existing clients.
- Explain gym facilities, memberships, packages, services, and ongoing promotions clearly.
- Actively engage with walk-in clients and convert inquiries into memberships.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Handle membership registrations, renewals, upgrades, and respond to client inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with members to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with trainers and management regarding client needs and feedback.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming appearance at the front desk at all times.
- Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Required Qualifications
- Female candidates only.
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in gym sales, front desk operations, fitness, hospitality, customer service, or similar client-facing roles.
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable interacting with clients in a professional setting.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Strong customer service and sales abilities.
- Energetic, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer literacy is essential.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Competitive monthly salary of up to Rs58,000.
- Work location is in person at the DHA, Karachi facility.
