Key Responsibilities:
- Handle billings and data verification with precision to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare invoices promptly and accurately, adhering to established protocols and deadlines.
- Maintain effective communication channels with clients and internal teams to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Proficient in preparing aging reports to track outstanding invoices and payments.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Oddoo for various accounting tasks, including vendor and partner payables processing.
- Ensure invoices are processed accurately and promptly, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related financial roles preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Oddoo.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
