Job Description

  • Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties including greeting guests politely, answering phones, handling company inquiries, sorting and distributing mail and providing support to the team.


 Answer phones and operate a switchboard

 Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.

 Send email and faxes.

 Receive and sort mail and deliveries

 Provide general administrative and clerical support

 Prepare correspondence and documents.

Skills • Excellent communication skills• Ability to multi-task• Good analytical abilities• Proficiency with PC's and computer programs including Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat• Strong knowledge of general office procedures and office equipment
