Job Description

  •  Plans, prioritizes, assigns, supervises and reviews work of staff responsible for purchasing including technical and specialized procurement of supplies, equipment and services.
  • Responsible for departmental administrative issues such as maintaining/revising policies and procedures.
  •  Perform analysis and support pricing initiatives and process changes to ensure consistency of company pricing practice.
  • Timely preparation of responses to Price Quotation requests from regional sales managers/customer.
  • Backup Customer Service department with phone calls and email support as needed.
  • Must address customer issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution.
  • Other miscellaneous duties as requested by the Sales Staff.
  • Order Processing.
  • Data entry in SAP CRM software.
