- Create customer care protocol.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Manage incoming phone calls, queries & provide product/services information.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

- Determine the organisation, structure & scope of the service desk in consulation with General Manager & Managers.

- Monitoring and managing a team of Service engineers by scheduling their visits with the coordination of Customer and Service team on daily basis.
- Creating service tickets and Maintain the record of service reports & quotations.
- Deal with CRM systems.
- Coordination with accounts to Process Invoices and follow up for the payments after task completion.
