Responsibilities
- Manage the team and ensure on-time delivery of projects and CRs
- Leading and reviewing testing techniques for all projects.
- Develop a Test strategy and do Test planning.
- Conduct Test design/preparation activities for assigned projects.
- Investigate and validate internal and external stakeholder reports
- As a part of Test Reporting, document software bugs and advise executive stakeholders on enhancements to the overall SDLC to minimize software bugs released to production.
- Identify and escalate quality risks, issues, conflicts and/or resistance across teams throughout the SDLC.
- Collaborate with software engineers and business stakeholders to ensure product functions are working as designed.
- To provide direction & guidance to teams within domain to improve workflows, operational efficiency and quality service to customers (internal & external) to meet the assigned Turn-around-Time (TATs) and standards for services delivery, at all times.
- To ensure a healthy team environment to promote coordination, continuous learning and mutual growth at all times.
- Maintaining punctuality of self and to carry out any adhoc tasks assigned by the Deputy Head of IT and / or the Head of IT.
