The Utilities Manager directs and manages the overall operation of the powerhouse, utility tunnels, the production and distribution of utilities (steam, chilled water, natural gas, domestic water, electrical systems, all sewer systems). Should have hands on experience in:
- Medium voltage, low voltage syestems.
- AVR, UPS
- Boilers , steam systems, water turbines and supply systems.
- High and low pressure compressors.
- Ammonia compressors and chillers.
- CO2 supply system
- Mechanical workshop
- Electrical workshop
- Electrical distribution systems including panels, cabling, transformers.
- Civil and construction works at site.
