LQA Engineer - P2

In this pivotal role, the LQA Engineer oversees process control parameters, inspection activities, and extensive documentation to uphold the highest quality standards. The position demands proactive identification and resolution of product quality concerns using root cause analysis, CAPA, and corrective action management. The engineer will design and maintain SOPs, conduct comprehensive training sessions for line inspectors and operators, and lead daily internal audits to sustain a safe and efficient workplace through 6S principles. This role also includes preparing technical reports and coordinating with global experts to develop solutions for persistent quality challenges. The individual must ensure full compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards, contributing directly to enhanced production quality, productivity, and operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 20 quality assurance personnel to achieve production quality goals and maintain compliance with safety standards.
Implement and monitor quality assurance objectives, plans, and management instructions to reinforce production quality.
Ensure strict adherence to product specifications, process control parameters, and inspection standards throughout production cycles.
Maintain comprehensive in-process inspection, rejection, rework, and quality assurance records to support traceability and accountability.
Identify quality issues during line inspections and through market feedback; execute timely root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Prepare detailed technical reports and case studies on recurring or widespread quality issues; collaborate with international experts to develop root cause analyses and effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 documentation, implementation, and audit requirements.
Develop, update, and control Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, Inspection Standards, and Process Checklists; ensure alignment with product specifications, engineering changes, New Product Introduction (NPI) inputs, and supplier revisions.
Train line inspectors, operators, and other relevant staff on updated work instructions and quality expectations to foster continuous adherence to standards.
Coordinate with NPI and Research & Development teams on new model trials, process validations, risk identification, corrective actions, product enhancements, and the launch of new products.
Implement and supervise 6S workplace quality and safety systems, performing daily internal audits to identify process gaps and opportunity areas.
Act as the critical technical and quality focal point for continuous improvement initiatives, providing expert guidance and solutions.
Support department head and other leadership in tasks designed to improve production quality, efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
