Responsibilities
A. Technical Evaluation and Standards Implementation
1. To ensure that there would all the standards & work instructions at relevant work station.
2. Responsible for technical evaluation and authorization of any material / part / process change and implementation of Engineering change.
B. Part/ Product/ Process Improvement/ On Job Trainings
Manufacturing/ Final Assembly line
1. Responsible for part/product and process improvement.
2. Responsible for close coordination with NPI for new models launch and standard provision/ implementation.
3. Responsible for dentification of reasons for rework and rejection at Manufacturing and General Assembly line and share solutions.
4. Responsible to analyzing market top issues and take counter measures at Manufacturing and Final Assembly line.
5. Responsible for on job training at Manufacturing and Final Assembly line.
6. Responsible for counter checks of all major critical processes of manufacturing and Final Assembly.
7. To ensure/ verification of 1st sample at all station of manufacturing and Final Assembly line.
8. Responsible to conduct daily F.G audit and make improvement action plan.
