Hair Chemical Expert

We are looking for a talented Hair Color Expert with 2 to 3 years of professional experience in advanced hair coloring techniques. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Balayage, Highlights, Lowlights, and Ombre, and possess a passion for delivering exceptional client service. This role demands a collaborative team player who communicates effectively with clients and is motivated to stay updated with the latest trends and theories in hair coloring.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service while building and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Conduct detailed consultations to understand client preferences and recommend appropriate hair color treatments.
- Ensure the workstation is kept clean, organized, and sanitary at all times.
- Work closely with salon team members to support smooth daily operations and a positive work environment.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience specializing in hair coloring techniques such as Balayage, Highlights, Lowlights, and Ombre.
- Strong verbal communication skills to confidently and clearly engage with clients.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting and contribute positively to group dynamics.
- A proactive attitude towards continuous learning and adapting to new hair coloring methods and industry developments.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- This is a full-time position offering competitive monthly compensation ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs80,000.
- The role requires in-person attendance, providing valuable hands-on experience and direct interaction with clients.
