Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials.
  • Greet and welcome guests.
  • Answer questions and address complaints.
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
  • Receive letters, packages, etc., and distribute them among the relevant person.
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc.
  • Check, sort, and forward post mails to the relevant person.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Keep updated records and files.
  • Monitor office expenses and costs, reconcile and report as per required formats.
  • Manage Branch day-to-day tasks to ensure the branch is running smoothly.
  • Prepare a stock requirement sheet at the end of the month.
  • Any other duties required that are appropriate to the grade of the post

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors and at least 2-4 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a range of people.
  • Ability to learn things quickly and work as a team player.
  • Writing skills include the ability to write, compose, and edit written content.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and schedule new fashion collections as well as supervise and train staff.
  • Ability to research, evaluate, and develop conclusions from information.
  • Possess the skills to create a collaborative work environment.
  • Skills in employee development and performance management.
