Liaison with production department to enquire about the completion date of order to be delivered.
Arrange empty container at factory premises for loading for goods on production completion date.
Liaison with insurance company to arrange insurance of goods in case the terms of the trade are “Cost, Insurance & Freight (CIF).
Monitor movement of goods in transit to ensure timely arrival of goods at port. In case of anything goes off schedule, immediately inform Head of Import, Export & Logistics.
Monitor shipment plan and vessel schedule to ensure goods reach destination on target date. If schedule suggest that goods will not reach destination on time than immediately inform Head of Import, Export, & Logistics and merchandizing department.
Maintain strong Follow-up with shipping line and freight forwarder to ensure as per schedule shipment. In case any thing goes off schedule than immediately inform Head of Import, Export, & Logistics and merchandizing department.
Liaison with shipping line to acquire loading program.
Timely and accurately prepare Form E, Invoices, and Packing lists to ensure smooth clearance of goods at port and forward these to clearing agent.
Strongly follow-up with clearing agent to ensure timely submission of Goods Declaration to customs authorities by clearing agent. Make sure right details have been entered in Goods Declaration.
Liaison with career to obtain bill of lading.
Prepare Forwarder Cargo Receipt (FCR) and Liaison with freight forwarder to obtain (FCR) of every shipment.
Forward Bill of Lading, Non-negotiable shipping documents, Invoices and Packing List to consignee.
Verify bill of freight forwarder, shipping line.
Liaison with accounts department to ensure timely payment of bill of freight forwarder, shipping line.
Access report in SAP for analysis and report findings to Head of Import, Export & Logistics.
Timely and accurately make entries of every step of export process in SAP.
Liaison with Dubai Office for invoices / other matters.
Liaison with Sale Tax Department for documents provide at the end of the month.
Verification of Sale Order (SO) in SAP.
Preparation of Pre-Shipment Inspection Report of every shipment for Dubai office.
Coordination with concerned department of expected / future shipment planning.
