Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and chat
- Address customer inquiries, resolve basic issues and escalate more complex problems to appropriate teams
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Perform other customer support and service tasks as assigned from time to time
- Generate engaging and informative newsletters on a weekly basis to showcase our diverse range of products and services.
- Tailor content to specific customer segments and preferences, ensuring relevance and value.
- Implement strategic distribution methods to reach our target audience effectively, fostering strong customer engagement and retention.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in Excel Sheet
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of using computer applications such as Excel, Word etc
- Qualification - Bachelor or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Outstanding writing skills and ability to adopt our company's voice across all messaging and content
