We are looking for a Technical Recruiter - HealthCare in UK Market. The person must have Talent Acquisition responsibilities include:

sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

Base salary plus Uncapped Commissions

Must have a strong English accent and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process including job marketing, sourcing and screening, interviewing and negotiating with candidates
  • Establish strong relationships with the candidates to ensure a smooth and positive experience, while collaborating with onshore hiring managers to comprehend the hiring needs
  • Leverage recruiting tools such as Indeed,CV Library, Reed co. 
  • Use competitive intelligence and industry knowledge to research and identify new recruiting channels
  • Utilize applicant tracking system to manage candidate flow, document notes, and requisition statuses

Requirements:

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in UK Recruitment particularly for the Healthcare
  • Excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools (i.e., Indeed, Reed co uk, CV Library.)
  • Strong Boolean search skills
  • Achieving daily/weekly/monthly submittal targets and maintaining required submittal to Interview/Placement ratio
  • Strategic and creative thinker with exceptional data analysis, reporting and analytical skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
