Hardware Support Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hardware Support Officer to join the IT department at Unique Group of Institutions in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for IT hardware and CCTV systems, ensuring all equipment operates efficiently and without interruption. This role requires hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting, installation, and repair, as well as the ability to manage and document hardware assets effectively. The position is full-time and onsite, offering an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT hardware equipment.
- Ensure proper installation, maintenance, and repair of computer systems, peripherals, and other hardware devices.
- Monitor and maintain CCTV systems to guarantee continuous surveillance and operational functionality.
- Respond promptly to hardware-related issues and resolve them efficiently.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware assets and ensure all documentation is up to date.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in hardware support or a similar role.
- Proven hands-on experience with IT equipment and CCTV systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively both independently and within a team.

Additional Information:
This is a permanent, full-time position based onsite in Lahore. The role is classified under skilled labor with a career level suitable for candidates with at least two years of relevant experience. The preferred age range for applicants is between 21 and 50 years, with a gender preference for male candidates. The work shift is scheduled for the morning hours. The salary range offered for this position is between PKR 80,000 and 100,000 per month. There are two vacancies available for this role. The application deadline is November 30, 2026.
