Responsibilities
- Assist in editing and post-production of video content for multiple YouTube channels.
- Cut, trim, and arrange footage to create cohesive and engaging videos.
- Add and synchronize music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance video quality.
- Design catchy thumbnails for YouTube videos
- Participate in team meetings to brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for video content.
- Learn and adapt to the YouTube automation content creation process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and content creation techniques.
- Learn new tools and technologies fastly.
- Learn about the social media audience in general and YouTube in specific.
Qualifications
- A strong interest in video editing, graphic design, and content creation and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) and graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop)
- Familiarity with content (video and image) formats, codecs, and file compression.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain video quality and consistency.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to the YouTube automation content creation process.
- A portfolio showcasing any previous video editing and graphic designing work (if available).
- Exposure to ongoing AI trends and generative AI tools for content creation and management
- Familiar with product management tool like Monday, Notion, Airtable, Asana.
- A high degree of creativity and a passion for storytelling through video.
- Having deep curiosity about the world and how it works
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to learn new concepts and tools fastly.
