Qualifications:
- Odoo Certified V16 or V17.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a functional consultant experience with USA Clients.
- Experience with Odoo ERP implementation including expertise in Accounting, Manufacturing and Custom Reports.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Excellent spoken English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Understand Customer requirement by undertaking As Is analysis, doing a gap analysis and preparing final requirements.
- Identify customer pain points.
- Have an understanding of various Odoo Apps and Modules including Accounting, Manufacturing, CRM, Sales, Purchase, & POS.
- Able to build customer reports as per customer specifications.
- Being able to work as a part of team to delivery successful implementation of Odoo ERP.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and any potential risks or issues to clients in a clear and timely manner.
- Able to train junior functional consultants.
