Photography: 

  • Travel indicated sites to capture photos of sessions, project sites, attend high-level events and meetings as per guidance from the Communications team.
  • Produce good photo products for Hashi Group Of Companies’s website, social media, and publications.
  • Photograph relevant activities, keeping in mind culture, gender, and other diverse sensitivities as per IHPK branding guidelines.
  • Provide captions to accompany the photos. 
  • Final submission of photos should be in RAW and high-res JPEGS, PNG, mp4, format (all source files of collected data).  

Videography: 

  • Travel indicated sites to capture photos of sessions, project sites, attend high-level events and meetings as per guidance from the program team.
  • Capture good quality videos, collect video footages/b-rolls, conduct video interviews as per guidance.
  • The requirements of each assignment will be discussed with the program focal point before commencement, and the individual is expected to collect and provide clean‐cut b‐Rolls. 
  • The videographer will be required to work in close coordination with the point of contact during the filming. 
  • Shooting at various locations may include interviews/sound bites/b-rolls/reels etc. as required. 

Expected Outputs and Deliverables

The professional photographer and videographer will be responsible for delivering the following outputs:

  • Good quality still photos from the sessions
  • Closely working with the Communications team, produce videos/short videos, event highlight videos/reels for website and social media using the footages collected from the field visits and events
  • Developing an event highlight video or any type of video as required (Final cut/edited video shall be provided and iterations to be mentioned)
  • Raw photos and video footages should be handed over to the communications team (i.e. mp4, PNG, JPEG, .cr format etc)

The photographer and videographer are expected to have a meeting/briefing with IHPK Program team and respective domain/change management team before the visit to discuss the workplan. The outputs and deliverables will be varied based on the assignment.

Required Skill-Set:

Technical Skills

  • Proficient with editing software (Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro etc.).
  • Experience with Adobe After Effects or Motion is preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
  • Can conduct research and purchase needed equipment.
  • Can operate and maintain proper levels and calibration of cameras, audio and video recorders, and other production equipment.
  • Understands the importance of tracking video marketing metrics.

Creative Skills

  • Proficient at storyboarding and concepting.
  • Understands basic and advanced composition techniques.
  • Understands the fundamentals of branding
  • Very detail-oriented and able to identify quality issues in audio and video.
  • Understands the basics of social media and video hosting.
