Person should have rich experience in Hospitals Operations, Strategic Planning, Business development, Sales & Marketing, Brand Management, Marketing Communication and key account management.
Responsible for the following tasks:
- Brand-building and Innovation, Brand Strategy Development, Marketing and Engagement Plan Development (Advertising and Below-the-Line Initiatives), Consumer Insight Mining, Market-Driving and Blue Ocean Strategy Development, Long-Range Planning and Crafting of Brand Architecture, Market Research Analysis, Media Strategy and Maximization, Events and Promotions Management, Profit and Loss (P&L) Analysis, Pricing Strategy, Maximizing Trade Presence in coordination with Trade Marketing Group, Demand Forecasting
- Directly supervised training and development of four marketing personnel (three in marketing operations and one in market information analysis)
