Hashtag IT Solution is seeking an organized and proactive E-Commerce Operations Executive to oversee and enhance our Amazon seller accounts, product listings, order processing, and dropshipping operations. This role demands a detail-oriented professional with a bachelors degree, preferably in Business or Commerce, and at least one year of experience in e-commerce or related fields. The successful candidate will oversee the execution of daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of inventory, orders, and platform-related activities. They will also lead a team of 20 persons, providing guidance and supervision to meet company objectives and customer satisfaction standards.

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Amazon seller accounts by ensuring product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with platform standards.
- Coordinate order fulfillment processes, including tracking, packaging, and shipping, to guarantee timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee dropshipping operations, liaising with suppliers and vendors to ensure product availability and proper inventory levels.
- Supervise and lead a team of 20 members, providing training, performance evaluations, and workflow management to enhance team efficiency.
- Maintain inventory management systems to monitor stock levels, process restocking requests, and minimize discrepancies.
- Analyze operational metrics and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and supply chain teams to streamline e-commerce processes and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to e-commerce activities.
- Implement best practices and industry trends to improve operational workflows and enhance customer experience.
