Hashtag Media is seeking a dedicated Client Outreach Specialist to join our dynamic team at our office in Gulberg, Lahore. The role offers a competitive salary package that includes a base pay of 50,000 with commissions and bonuses based on performance. Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients using social media platforms to generate a steady stream of qualified leads.
- Maintain and update accurate records of all client contact information to ensure effective communication and follow-up.
- Initiate and manage outreach communications through emails and Instagram direct messages to engage potential clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to consistently produce high-quality leads that support the sales team's goals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to ensure alignment on outreach campaigns and client engagement tactics.
- Analyze outreach effectiveness and continuously seek opportunities for process improvement.
- Use Excel and other software tools to organize data, track progress, and report on lead generation activities.
- Maintain a professional and courteous communication style while consistently representing Hashtag Media’s brand values.
- Comply with all company policies related to client data privacy and information security.
- Commit to on-site work in the Gulberg, Lahore office and participate actively in team meetings and training sessions.
