  2. Ensure customer's issues are solved within the agreed timelines.
  3. Stay updated on the process changes and keep the customers informed when they face issues.
  4. Ensure good quality of complaint resolution services to the customers in order to keep them satisfied.
  5. Maintain a healthy environment within the team and inter-teams as well.
  6. Be proactive and approach all problems with responsibility and ownership.
