(TSA) Technical Support Associate job is available in Lahore, Faisalabad, Karachi, Islamabad, Pakistan for a Telecom company. An ideal candidate should be B.Sc. Engineering (Electrical/Telecom/Computer Science) qualified along with 2 to 3 years of experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Testing and replicating hardware and software networking and application issues.
Install and maintain local/network printers replace toner cartridges and maintenance kits.
Provide first level support for IT relating to desktop technologies, hardware, software and networking.
Provide both pre and post-sale Tier 1-2 level support to include the installation, troubleshooting, servicing, and project management of the company's video management systems on-site, via telephone and/or remote connection.
Performing site surveys and determining conceptual requirements of system designs and implementing with the support of Project Engineering, Technical Support and Inside Sales groups.
Implementation of Beta programs including the installation, weekly evaluations and preparation of technical status reports.

Skills:

CCNA/CCNP certified
Team work and excellent communication
