Haul Hub Dispatchers, based in Lahore, Pakistan, is a rising remote dispatching firm focused on the U.S. trucking sector. We are assembling a dedicated comprising of a sales-cum-customer service team. Prior call center sales experience for candidates in not necessary but good English communication skills will be a big plus. We are seeking candidates who are eager to excel in sales and achieve success. Employees will be given comprehensive training to improve their skills which can pave way for their success.
Responsibilities:
- Contact freight company owners and owner-operated drivers to initiate engagement.
- Present Haul Hub Dispatchers\\\' value proposition to onboard new clients.
- Collaborate with leadership to meet sales targets.
- Maintain a diverse client pipeline through various channels.
- Deliver top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor\\\'s degree is preferred, but candidates with good English communication skills (written+verbal) can apply regardless of their education level.
- Previous experience in the call center industry is welcome but not necessary.
- Must have enthusiasm for sales, willingness to learn, and hunger for success.
- Problem-solving mindset and proficiency in basic math skills.
- Applicants may be required to undergo a skills test before the interview process to assess their suitability for the role.
Salary: The salary posted with the job is the starting salary. Our best performers will be eligible for much more attractive bonuses and lucrative salary packages.
Training: Paid training will be provided. (Only successful completion of training will result in compensation.)
Shift Timing: There may be multiple shifts, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Pakistan Standard Time. Each nine-hour shift within this time slot will include a one-hour break. To allow optimal work-life balance, shifts of employees may be rotated.
