We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team in Lahore.
You will be the first point of contact for our guests.
Your role includes:
Greeting guests and handling check-ins/check-outs
Managing reservations and room assignments
Handling guest inquiries and resolving complaints
Answering phone calls with professional etiquette
Providing exceptional customer service at all times
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in receptionist duties and managing reservations
Professional phone etiquette
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Prior hospitality experience is a plus
Minimum education: High School diploma or equivalent
