You will be responsible for providing quality leads and converting them into sales and customer support services through outbound calls, on the basis of provided guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Have a Good communication & presentation skills.

  • Must be Self Driven and a team player.

  • Excellent comand on Microsoft Office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage large number of outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Promoting our products and services through multiple platforms.

  • Lead generation via cold calling, email marketing, social media, classifieds etc.

  • Gather potential client information by making telephone calls, discussing requirements and offering our services.

  • Follow communication SOPs when handling different customer queries/concerns.

  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.

  • Keep record of all communications.

  • Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.

  • Working with the operations team for coordination of new leads, meetings and appointments.

  • Manage marketing material and campaigns along with planning of promotional activities according to local and international events/holidays.

  • Willing to work in odd hours.
