Photo & Video Editor

HC Studio by Joan seeks a skilled Photo & Video Editor with at least three years of professional experience to lead a team of seven creative professionals. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong attention to detail and creativity, expertly handling photo retouching and video editing projects across various formats and platforms. This role demands the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting strict deadlines in a dynamic studio environment. The successful candidate will possess proficiency with industry-leading editing software and have a portfolio showcasing previous photo and video editing achievements. As the team leader, you will oversee end-to-end editing workflows, coordinating closely with your team to produce compelling visual content that aligns with client needs and company standards. You apply your expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects to deliver polished results on time. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a creative team are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:
Professionally edit and retouch photos.
Edit and enhance videos for various projects.
Use Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, and other editing tools.
Apply color correction, color grading, retouching, transitions, and creative effects.
Organize and manage photo and video files.
Deliver high-quality work while meeting deadlines.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous photo and video editing experience.
Strong knowledge of professional photo and video editing software.
Excellent attention to detail and creative sense.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
