Job Overview

A reputable Packaging Company is seeking a skilled and experienced SEO & Local SEO Specialist to enhance its digital presence, improve search engine rankings, and attract potential customers through organic search.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing SEO campaigns, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering measurable results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

At least 4 years of professional experience in SEO, including Local SEO.
Demonstrated success in improving search visibility, website traffic, and lead generation.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz Pro, and keyword research tools.
Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices.
Expertise in Google Business Profile optimization, local citations, structured data, and link building.
Ability to manage multiple SEO projects and work independently.
Familiarity with WordPress, reputation management tools, and basic PHP or API integrations is preferred.
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, keyword rankings, and business leads.
Conduct regular SEO audits and improve website content, meta tags, internal linking, and site structure.
Manage technical SEO, including website speed, indexing, crawlability, and schema implementation.
Improve local search performance through Google Business Profile optimization, business listings, and location-based SEO.
Maintain accurate business information across online directories and improve Google Maps rankings.
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and effective backlink-building activities.
Monitor SEO results, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.
Work closely with marketing, content, and web development teams to achieve SEO objectives.
Guide junior team members and stay updated with SEO trends and algorithm changes.
